Definitions
Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Method
We ship all orders via USPS. Delivery times vary based on the destination. Estimated delivery timeframes:
- East Coast: 5-7 business days
- Midwest: 4-6 business days
- West Coast: 3-5 business days
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. All shipments comply with local laws and regulations.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. GRG is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While GRG is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier, we will assist customers in filing claims with the carrier if such issues occur.
Returns

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund, including shipping costs, if the cancellation request is received before the order is shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Partial Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. You will be notified if this occurs, and standard shipping rates will apply.

Force Majeure
GRG is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or global health crises.
