At Growth, Resilience & Grit (GRG), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please review our cancellations and returns policy below.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled at no cost if the request is made before the product has been shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at admin@grgmindbody.com as soon as possible.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.
Returns
Eligibility
- We accept returns of unopened products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return.
Return Process
1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@grgmindbody.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Please include your order number and reason for return in your communication.
3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
5. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- The refund amount will be for the full purchase price of the returned item(s), minus a 3% processing fee to cover our non-refundable credit card processing costs.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. This includes, but is not limited to, products with broken seals or damaged packaging.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@grgmindbody.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
